This radio show was cancelled this week and the men behind it fired. This was a Christian talk radio show which discussed issues of today and how we as Christians and as Lutherans look at these issues. For more on this, I suggest you go to this blog to learn more about it. This blog has links to many ways one can show support for the show as well as for Pastor Wilken and Mr. Schwarz. There is a link to an online petition.
This is something that has many of us left asking questions. This was a show that had been on for many years, was doing well and had many listeners all over the world by way of webstreaming in addition to being broadcast on radio stations. There is not much I can say about the abrupt cancellation of this show. This show is missed by many.
I also feel that things will work out, especially for Pastor Wilken and Mr. Schwarz, just don't know how yet, but we know that God has a plan and we have to wait and see what that plan will be. These men and their families are in my prayers as they deal with the loss of their jobs and as they learn what God's plan for them is.
